We are delighted to announce the signing of experienced central midfielder Matt Lock in a player-coach capacity.

Matt arrives from Coggeshall Town having played for Bowers & Pitsea and Maldon & Tiptree in recent seasons.

Having started his career with Exeter City, Matt has also played for the likes of Gloucester City, Chelmsford City and Dover Athletic.

On the signing, manager Mark Bentley said: "I'm delighted to have Matt on board. He will bring quality and a wealth of experience to the group.

"He will also be a great addition to my backroom team as part of our coaching setup."
