The Basque player joined on a dual registration from Concord Rangers in December 2021, going on to make 26 appearances and scoring 4 goals in a spell that started in midfield and finished at full back.

He produced a man of the match performance in the playoff final against Brentwood Town.

Leaving the club is forward Matthew Price. The 32-goal striker had originally agreed to stay with the club, but explained on Twitter that: "Sometimes, situations and circumstances change! Unfortunately for that reason I can’t fully commit to Canvey next season.

"In football, players and managers only pass through but I hope that this passing gave you some great memories! Good luck to all the boys next year!"

Price has re-joined his former club Brentwood Town as they aim to go one better next season in the Pitching In Isthmian League North.
