Experienced coach who joined the club in the summer of 2013 having spent 16 years coaching in the USA with Chicago Fire.Promoted to assistant manager in November 2017 and then to manager in November 2021.
Won promotion to the Isthmian Premier in his first season as manager before taking the club to the Isthmian Premier playoffs in his first full campaign.
