Canvey Island make their last trip to London this season on Wednesday night, as they travel to Bromley to take on Cray Wanderers in the Isthmian League Premier.

Our Opponents
The Wands, like ourselves, have endured mixed fortunes this season, with the club currently in 15th place in the table at the time of writing, well short of their playoff finish of 5th last season.
They've been in good form in recent weeks however, taking 11 points from their last 6 games. Indeed, their last win came at the weekend with a 1-0 win away at struggling Cheshunt. The club is also now able to look forward to finally having their own home again, with their Flamingo Park Stadium in development, with the pitch already being used by their ladies side.
Despite their position in the league, manager Neil Smith has a squad capable of causing trouble for teams across the division. Experienced heads like Anthony Cook, Tom Beere and Rhys Murrell-Williamson know the division like the back of their hands, and they have a competent strike force in Gary Lockyer and Yahaya Bamba.
Our last meeting with the Wands came back in late October, where goals from Mason Hall and Bradley Sach saw us pick up a 2-1 win at the Moviestarr Stadium.
The Gulls
Canvey meanwhile, suffered more woe on the road on Saturday, losing 3-2 at struggling Margate.
Goals from Lance Akins and Bradley Sach weren't enough to better a Ben Greenhalgh hatrick, meaning the Gulls inconsistent form continued as they left the Kent coast empty handed.

Yellow Army, we thank the healthy contingent of you who made the long trip down to Margate at the weekend.
Despite the day being fraught with traffic issues and an unfortunate result, we appreciate you all stayed to the end to appreciate the squads efforts, the same way they appreciate yours.
We hope as many of you can join us in South London on Wednesday night as we seek to get back to winning ways and hopefully put a smile on your faces again.
We wish you all a safe journey down to Bromley.
